Agent Orchestration

Agent Orchestration is Aria's AI workforce management system. Create, configure, and monitor autonomous AI agents that handle tasks across your business.

Command Center

The Command Center is the hub for your AI workforce:

  • See all agents and their current status
  • Monitor active tasks and completed work
  • View spending and budget utilization across agents
  • Get a real-time overview of your AI operations

Agents

The Agents page is where you create and manage your AI agents:

  • Create new agents with specific roles and instructions
  • Configure each agent's personality, expertise, and behavior
  • View agent details including configuration, skills, and activity history
  • Enable or disable agents as needed

Create an Agent

  1. Navigate to Agent OrchestrationAgents
  2. Click Create Agent
  3. Define the agent's name, role, and system instructions
  4. Assign tools and skills
  5. Set budget limits and governance rules
  6. Click Deploy

Org Chart

The Org Chart visualizes your AI workforce hierarchy:

  • See how agents relate to each other
  • Define reporting structures and delegation chains
  • Understand data flow between agents

Tools & Skills

The Tools & Skills page lets you assign capabilities to agents:

  • Tools — External integrations (APIs, web scraping, databases) that agents can use
  • Skills — Built-in abilities (summarization, translation, analysis) agents can perform
  • Combine tools and skills to create powerful agent configurations

Heartbeats

The Heartbeats page manages scheduled agent activities:

  • Set up recurring tasks for agents to perform automatically
  • Define schedules (hourly, daily, weekly, custom)
  • Monitor heartbeat execution history
  • Configure failure notifications and retry policies

Tickets

The Tickets page tracks agent tasks and requests:

  • View all agent tickets (pending, in-progress, completed)
  • Assign tickets to specific agents
  • Track resolution times and agent performance

Budgets

The Budgets page manages AI spending:

  • Set budget limits per agent or across your organization
  • Track token usage and cost
  • Configure alerts when spending approaches limits
  • View spending trends over time

Governance

The Governance page sets rules and guardrails for your AI workforce:
