CRM Overview
The CRM Overview page provides a summary of your sales pipeline, recent activity, and key metrics. You can see your contact and company counts, active proposals, and contract statuses at a glance.
Contacts
The Contacts page is your address book for every person you do business with:
- View all contacts in a searchable, filterable table
- See contact details including email, phone, company, and notes
- Click into a contact to see their full profile, activity history, and linked company
Add a Contact
- Navigate to CRM → Contacts
- Click Add Contact
- Fill in the contact details (name, email, phone, company)
- Click Save
Companies
The Companies page lets you manage business entities:
- View all companies in a searchable table
- Click into a company to see contacts, proposals, and contracts linked to it
- Track company details like industry, size, and website
Discovery
Discovery helps you find new leads:
- Company Search — Search for companies by name, industry, size, or location
- Contact Search — Search for contacts by name, role, or company
- Add discovered leads directly to your CRM as contacts or companies
Proposals
Create and track sales proposals:
- Start from a template or create a custom proposal
- Link proposals to contacts and companies
- Track proposal status: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected
- Convert accepted proposals into contracts
Contracts
Manage your signed agreements:
- Create contracts from accepted proposals
- Send contracts for e-signature
- Track contract status and renewal dates
- Store signed documents securely
Inbox
The Inbox brings together all your communications:
- View messages across contacts and companies
- Reply to inquiries directly
- Link conversations to contacts and deals
