Operations

Track projects, manage documents with e-signatures, build automations, and connect your SaaS tools.

The Operations module is your command center for managing projects, documents, and workflows across your organization.

Operations Overview

The Operations Overview page shows project status, recent documents, and active automations at a glance. Use it to monitor progress and identify bottlenecks.

Projects

The Projects page is where you manage all your work:

  • View all projects in a table with status, owner, and deadline columns
  • Click into a project to see its details, tasks, and activity
  • Create new projects from scratch or from templates
  • Track project progress with visual indicators

Create a Project

  1. Navigate to OperationsProjects
  2. Click New Project
  3. Fill in the project name, description, owner, and deadline
  4. Click Create

Documents

The Documents page provides a rich document editor with e-signature support:

  • Create and edit documents with a collaborative editor
  • Add DocuSeal signing fields for e-signatures
  • Send documents for signature and track signing progress
  • Organize documents by project or category
  • Build document workflows with a visual stepper UI

Use the document workflow builder to create multi-step approval processes. You can configure signing order, set reminders, and track each step in real time.

Automations

The Automations page lets you build AI-powered workflows:

  • Create automation workflows with a visual builder
  • Define triggers, conditions, and actions
  • Use pre-built templates for common automation patterns
  • Monitor automation runs and troubleshoot failures

SaaS Applications

The SaaS Applications page lets you manage connected tools:

  • View all connected SaaS applications
  • Configure integration settings
  • Monitor connection health and sync status
